TM design Founder and President Joe Jbeily is proud to welcome a new team member, Denis Coupal, as Director of Communications and Business Development. Denis brings a seasoned, multi-disciplinary experience to the agency, having held senior management and strategic roles in fields ranging from public relations, web, exhibit, industrial design and architecture. His first initiative, together with the TM design team, was to launch this newsletter, featuring updates on our latest projects and explorations. On occasion of the Gutenberg Gala, held April 21st at Casino de Montréal, the Grand Gutenberg 2009 was awarded to L’Empreinte by les Artisans des arts graphiques de Montréal. The printer also received the Award of Excellence for winning the most overall awards from amongst all submitted entries. TM design was responsible for the design of one of these winning entries; a folder and brochure for its client Aveos. Congratulations to L’Empreinte for its high quality standards! |  Annual report For the fourth consecutive year, Golden Valley Mines, a Canada-based mining exploration company, has entrusted our team with the design, production and printing of its annual report. Branding TM design is very proud of its new collaboration with Genetec, a leading supplier of innovative security solutions in the world. With growing recognition internationally, timing was right for a complete rebranding of Genetec’s image and product line. Web site SDP Telecom selected TM design for its new website, launched during a special trade mission to India by Prime Minister Jean Charest. With this entirely reconfigured website, SDP can now communicate to its specific target audience in terms of product and applications. Our congratulations go out to SDP for returning from India with a signed contract for $6.7 million, which may lead to creation of an estimated 15 new engineering jobs here in Quebec.  In this regular column, we bring you insights on our world of communications, demystifying trends and sharing meaningful articles, views, statistics and friendly advice. Interesting Facts 30% of Quebecers have subscribed to a mailing list or an electronic newsletter of some kind, and this percentage is growing quickly. An e-newsletter campaign can be an effective marketing strategy. It can help maintain your company’s visibility, keeping it relevant in the eyes of present and potential clients. It must communicate pertinent information to generate qualified traffic to your website. More on this topic in our next TM Newsletter.
